Taylors Lakes Secondary College is part of the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support initiative, a framework designed to support the explicit teaching and recognition of pro-social behaviour. Supported by the Department of Education and Training, our staff work with our school community to develop positive, safe and supportive environments, in the classroom, the yard and Underpinned by our College values of Respect, Commitment and Safety, School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support is an evidence-based approach that prioritises:

• Clarity about what those expectations are

• Acknowledgement of appropriate behaviour

• Consistent consequences for unacceptable behaviour

• The use of data about behaviour to inform decision-making
