Awọn ile -iṣẹ wọnyi ni ibamu pẹlu Eto Ilana ti Kọlẹji - awọn ibi -afẹde wa gbogbo wa lori aṣeyọri ọmọ ile -iwe, alafia ọmọ ile -iwe ati ilowosi ọmọ ile -iwe pẹlu agbegbe, ati ọna wo ni o dara julọ lati ṣiṣẹ si awọn ibi -afẹde wọnyi ju pẹlu awakọ awọn ọmọ ile -iwe wa. 

A beere awọn ọmọ ile -iwe lati pari fọọmu ohun elo kan lati jẹ apakan ti Eto Alakoso Ọmọ ile -iwe ati yan iwe -iwọle laarin eyiti wọn fẹ lati ṣiṣẹ.

Awọn ọmọ ile -iwe yoo ṣiṣẹ pẹlu oṣiṣẹ lati gbero ati dagbasoke eto ẹkọ didara, ẹkọ ati awọn iṣẹ ṣiṣe igbelewọn. Iṣẹ yii yoo da lori wiwa pẹlu awọn ọna lati kopa awọn ọmọ ile -iwe ti gbogbo awọn agbara ninu ẹkọ wọn, lati ni ifitonileti sinu ọna ti a ṣe apẹrẹ ati ṣeto ni ila pẹlu awoṣe Ikẹkọ Kọlẹji naa, lati ronu ati lati pese esi, imọran ati awọn didaba nipa awọn igbelewọn ati lati pese oye ati ohun elo to wulo ti awọn ọgbọn ati awọn iṣẹ ṣiṣe ti o ṣiṣẹ tabi ti wọn ro pe yoo ṣiṣẹ ni yara ikawe. A yoo beere awọn ọmọ ile -iwe lati wa si awọn ipade pẹlu oṣiṣẹ, pẹlu awọn ipade Ẹkọ Awọn ọmọ ile -iwe, ati wa awọn iwo ati igbewọle ti ẹgbẹ wọn lati ṣe apẹrẹ ọna ti a nkọ ati kọ ẹkọ ni Ile -ẹkọ Secondary Taykes Lakes. Awọn ọmọ ile-iwe yoo ni oye si ohun ti n lọ lẹhin-awọn iṣẹlẹ ti ẹkọ ati kikọ ati pe yoo ṣiṣẹ pẹlu oṣiṣẹ lati daadaa ni ipa itọsọna ti ẹkọ ati kikọ ni Ile-ẹkọ giga.  

 

Alafia

 

Awọn ọmọ ile -iwe yoo ni aye lati ṣe itupalẹ data ti a ṣajọ lati ọpọlọpọ awọn orisun, pẹlu ọmọ ile -iwe, obi ati data ero agbegbe, ati pe yoo tun ṣiṣẹ lati ṣajọ data ati alaye lati ẹgbẹ wọn ki o le ṣe iwadii, ṣe iṣiro ati ṣe awọn ipinnu nipa awọn eto oriṣiriṣi, awọn ipilẹṣẹ ati awọn aye ti o le firanṣẹ ni Ile -ẹkọ Secondary Taylors Lakes. Awọn ọmọ ile-iwe yoo tun ni ifilọlẹ sinu yiyi-jade, iṣaro ati isọdọtun ti Awoṣe Atilẹyin Ihuwa Rere ti Ile-iwe-Wide, ati pe yoo ṣiṣẹ pẹlu awọn ẹgbẹ oṣiṣẹ, pẹlu Awọn ẹgbẹ Ile-iwe, lati koju awọn ọran bii wiwa ati aṣọ ile. Awọn ọmọ ile-iwe yoo tun ṣe itọsọna awọn ẹlẹgbẹ wọn ni ifilọlẹ ti Awoṣe Alafia ti Ile-ẹkọ giga, ti a ṣe apẹrẹ lati ṣe agbega ifarada ati ironu idagba.

 

Agbegbe

 

Awọn ọmọ ile -iwe yoo ṣe ajọṣepọ pẹlu awọn alajọṣepọ wọn ati awọn ẹgbẹ agbegbe lati ṣe atilẹyin awọn ọna asopọ laarin Ile -ẹkọ Atẹle Tikes Lakes ati agbegbe ti o gbooro. Awọn ọmọ ile -iwe yoo tun nireti lati gbero, dagbasoke ati ṣiṣẹ awọn ọjọ Awọn iṣẹ akanṣe Ikẹkọ eyiti awọn ọmọ ile -iwe kopa ninu ọpọlọpọ awọn iṣẹ lati kọ awọn ọna asopọ isunmọ pẹlu ile -iwe tabi agbegbe ti o gbooro. Awọn ọmọ ile -iwe yoo ṣiṣẹ pẹlu awọn ẹgbẹ oṣiṣẹ lati ni ilọsiwaju agbegbe ile -iwe.

Students will liaise with their cohorts and community organisations to foster links between Taylors Lakes Secondry College and the wider community.

Achievement

 

Students will work with staff to plan and develop high quality curriculum, instruction and assessment tasks. This work will centre upon coming up with ways to engage students of all abilities in their learning, to have input into the way lessons are designed and structured in line with the College’s Instructional Model, to consider and to provide feedback, advice and suggestions regarding assessments and to provide insight and practical application of the strategies and tasks that work or that they think will work in the classroom. Students will be asked to attend meetings with staff, including Student Learning meetings, and seek the views and input of their cohort to shape the way we teach and learn at Taylors Lakes Secondary College. Students will gain insight into what goes on behind-the-scenes of teaching and learning and will work with staff to positively impact the direction of teaching and learning at the College. 

 

Wellbeing

 

Students will have the opportunity to analyse data gathered from a range of sources, including student, parent and community opinion data, and will also work to gather data and information from their cohort so as to research, evaluate and make decisions about different programs, initiatives and opportunities that could be delivered at Taylors Lakes Secondary College. Students will work with staff to plan programs, days, events and initiatives designed to improve student engagement, improve student attendance and improve student enjoyment at school. Students will also have input into the roll-out, reflection and adaptation of the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support Model, and will work with staff teams, including the Sub-School Teams, to address issues such as attendance and uniform. Students will also lead their peers in the re-launch of the College’s Wellbeing Model, designed to promote resilience and a growth mindset.

Community

 

Students will liaise with their cohorts and community organisations to foster links between Taylors Lakes Secondary College and the wider community. Students will also be expected to plan, develop and execute Community Learning Project days whereby students participate in a range of activities to build closer links with the school or wider community. Students will work with staff teams to improve the school environment.
