Awọn ero ilana lọwọlọwọ ti kọlẹji naa ṣe itọsọna iṣẹ wa lati ọdun 2018-2021. Awọn ibi -afẹde pataki ti ero yii ni:
Lati ṣe agbekalẹ eto ẹkọ ti o ni agbara giga, ẹkọ ati igbelewọn lati ni ilọsiwaju idagba ati aṣeyọri ti gbogbo ọmọ ile -iwe. (Aṣeyọri ọmọ ile -iwe)
Lati ṣẹda agbegbe ẹkọ ti o yatọ ninu eyiti awọn ọmọ ile -iwe n ṣiṣẹ ni ọgbọn ati ni ohun ọmọ ile -iwe ti n ṣiṣẹ. (Ikẹkọ ọmọ ile -iwe)
Lati ṣẹda aṣa ninu eyiti ilera ati alafia awọn ọmọ ile -iwe jẹ aringbungbun si aṣeyọri ẹkọ ti awọn ọmọ ile -iwe. (Alaafia ọmọ ile -iwe)
Ni ila pẹlu Eto Ilana, Eto Imuse Ọdọọdun ṣe atokọ awọn ibi -afẹde ọdọọdun wa, awọn ibi -afẹde ati awọn ilana ilọsiwaju bọtini ati awọn iṣe, awọn abajade ati awọn iṣe ti o ṣe atilẹyin iṣẹ wa fun ọdun naa.
