Valutazione e Reporting
La valutazione e la segnalazione accurate e tempestive aiutano a migliorare l'apprendimento degli studenti attraverso un supporto più mirato, l'assistenza e l'estensione del lavoro degli studenti, mantenendo i genitori e i tutori informati sui risultati e sui progressi degli studenti.
La valutazione è progettata per

Feedback sui compiti di valutazione
Studenti e famiglie ricevono un feedback tempestivo sulle attività di valutazione attraverso il nostro sistema di segnalazione continua. Gli insegnanti riferiscono sui risultati degli studenti entro tre settimane dal completamento dell'attività, fornendo un voto e commenti su ciò che lo studente ha raggiunto e le aree di miglioramento.

Rapporti sui progressi
Gli insegnanti riferiscono sulle abitudini di lavoro degli studenti tre volte a semestre, circa ogni sei settimane. Ciò consente il tempo per la riflessione e le modifiche al comportamento, se necessario. I rapporti sui progressi utilizzano un meccanismo di segnalazione della media dei voti (GPA) in cui vengono misurati i livelli di impegno e applicazione degli studenti agli studi, indipendentemente dal loro livello di abilità accademica. Un riepilogo di tutti i rapporti sui progressi durante il tempo trascorso dallo studente nella scuola è disponibile nella pagina dei rapporti per ogni studente.

Rapporti semestrali
I rapporti riepilogativi sui risultati degli studenti vengono emessi due volte l'anno alla fine di ogni semestre e forniscono una valutazione dei progressi degli studenti rispetto agli standard di apprendimento essenziali del curriculum del Victoria.
I rapporti forniscono un riepilogo dei risultati ottenuti in ciascuna materia, inclusi ogni compito di valutazione e voto. Il rapporto include anche una sintesi dei rapporti sui progressi per quel semestre.

Conferenze di genitori, studenti e insegnanti
Le conferenze di genitori, studenti e insegnanti si tengono due volte all'anno, una alla fine del trimestre 1 e l'altra alla fine del trimestre 3. Questa è un'opportunità per i genitori di incontrare gli insegnanti dei propri figli, discutere del loro apprendimento e porre domande. È anche una buona opportunità per gli insegnanti di conoscere meglio i propri studenti. Le conferenze aiutano a creare una comunicazione più stretta tra scuola e casa.

Riepilogo
Ogni semestre, gli studenti ricevono un rapporto riassuntivo di compiti e voti e una valutazione rispetto agli standard di rendimento a livello statale e tre rapporti sui progressi. Gli studenti ricevono feedback regolari sulle attività di valutazione durante tutto il semestre e alla fine del trimestre 1 e del terzo trimestre si tiene una conferenza tra genitori, studenti e insegnanti.

Progress Reports
Teachers report on student work habits three times a semester, approximately every six weeks. This allows time for reflection and changes to behaviour if needed. Progress reports use a Grade Point Average (GPA) reporting mechanism where students' levels of effort and application to their studies are measured, irrespective of their level of academic ability. A summary of all Progress Reports throughout the student's time at the school is available on the Reports page for each student.

Semester Reports
Summary reports of student achievement are issued twice a year at the end of each semester and provide an assessment of student progress against the Victorian Curriculum Essential Learning Standards.
The reports provide a summary of achievement in each subject, including each assessment task and grade. The report also includes a summary of the Progress Reports for that semester.
These reports are available to view or download on Compass.
Parent, Student and Teacher Conferences
Parent, student and teacher conferences are held twice a year, one at the end of Term 1 and the other at the end of Term 3. This is an opportunity for parents to meet their children's teachers, discuss their learning and ask questions. It is also a good opportunity for teachers to get to know their students better. The conferences help to create closer communication between school and home.

Summary Report
Each semester, students receive a summary report of tasks, grades and assessments against state-wide achievement standards and three Progress Reports. Students receive regular feedback on assessment tasks throughout the semester, and there is a parent, student and teacher conference at the end of Term 1 and Term 3.
