Takso kaj Raportado
Preciza kaj ĝustatempa takso kaj raportado helpas plibonigi lernadon de lernantoj per pli laŭcela subteno, helpo kaj plilongigo de studenta laboro, tenante informitajn gepatrojn kaj gardantojn pri studenta atingo kaj progreso.

Rimarkoj pri Taksaj Taskoj
Studentoj kaj familioj ricevas ĝustatempajn reagojn pri taksaj taskoj per nia kontinua raporta sistemo. Instruistoj raportas pri studenta atingo ene de tri semajnoj post la fino de la tasko, donante noton kaj komentojn pri tio, kion la studento atingis kaj plibonigajn kampojn.
Ĉiuj taksaj raportoj haveblas per la paĝo de Lernado pri Kompaso.
Progresaj Raportoj
Instruistoj raportas pri studentaj laborkutimoj trifoje semajne, proksimume ĉiun sesan semajnon. Ĉi tio permesas tempon por pripensado kaj ŝanĝoj al konduto se necese. Progresaj raportoj uzas raportan me mechanismanismon de Grade Point Average (GPA), kie la niveloj de penado kaj apliko de studentoj al siaj studoj estas mezuritaj, sendepende de sia nivelo de akademia kapablo. Resumo de ĉiuj Progresaj Raportoj dum la studenta tempo en la lernejo haveblas sur la paĝo Raportoj por ĉiu studento.

Duonmonataj Raportoj
Resumaj raportoj pri studenta atingo estas eldonitaj dufoje jare ĉe la fino de ĉiu semestro kaj donas taksadon de studenta progreso kontraŭ la Viktoriaj Instruaj Esencaj Lernaj Normoj.
La raportoj donas resumon de atingo en ĉiu temo, inkluzive de ĉiu taksa tasko kaj grado. La raporto ankaŭ inkluzivas resumon de la Progresaj Raportoj por tiu semestro.
Ĉi tiuj raportoj estas videblaj aŭ elŝuteblaj per Kompaso .
Gepatroj, Studentoj kaj Instruistaj Konferencoj
Gepatraj, studentaj kaj instruistaj konferencoj okazas dufoje jare, unu fine de la 1-a periodo kaj la alia fine de la 3-a periodo. Ĉi tio estas okazo por gepatroj renkonti instruistojn de siaj infanoj, diskuti ilian lernadon kaj fari demandojn. Ĝi estas ankaŭ bona okazo por instruistoj pli bone koni siajn lernantojn. La konferencoj helpas krei pli proksiman komunikadon inter lernejo kaj hejmo.
Rezervoj por konferencaj tempoj estas faritaj per Kompaso.
Resumo
Ĉiu semestro, studentoj ricevas resuman raporton pri taskoj kaj notoj kaj takso kontraŭ tutŝtataj atingaj normoj kaj tri Progresaj Raportoj. Studentoj ricevas regulajn reagojn pri pritaksaj taskoj dum la semestro, kaj okazas gepatra, studenta kaj instruista konferenco fine de la 1-a kaj 3-a.
Accurate and timely assessment and reporting helps to improve student learning.
Progress Reports
Teachers report on student work habits three times a semester, approximately every six weeks. This allows time for reflection and changes to behaviour if needed. Progress reports use a Grade Point Average (GPA) reporting mechanism where students' levels of effort and application to their studies are measured, irrespective of their level of academic ability. A summary of all Progress Reports throughout the student's time at the school is available on the Reports page for each student.

Semester Reports
Summary reports of student achievement are issued twice a year at the end of each semester and provide an assessment of student progress against the Victorian Curriculum Essential Learning Standards.
The reports provide a summary of achievement in each subject, including each assessment task and grade. The report also includes a summary of the Progress Reports for that semester.
These reports are available to view or download on Compass.
Parent, Student and Teacher Conferences
Parent, student and teacher conferences are held twice a year, one at the end of Term 1 and the other at the end of Term 3. This is an opportunity for parents to meet their children's teachers, discuss their learning and ask questions. It is also a good opportunity for teachers to get to know their students better. The conferences help to create closer communication between school and home.

Summary Report
Each semester, students receive a summary report of tasks, grades and assessments against state-wide achievement standards and three Progress Reports. Students receive regular feedback on assessment tasks throughout the semester, and there is a parent, student and teacher conference at the end of Term 1 and Term 3.
