די פּאָרטפאָוליאָוז שטימען צו די קאָלעגע ס סטראַטעגיק פּלאַן - אונדזער טאַרגאַץ אַלע פאָקוס אויף די דערגרייה פון סטודענטן, די וווילזייַן פון סטודענטן און די באַשטעלונג פון סטודענטן מיט די קהל, און וואָס בעסער וועג צו אַרבעטן צו די טאַרגאַץ ווי מיט די פאָר פון אונדזער סטודענטן.
סטודענטן זענען געבעטן צו פאַרענדיקן אַ אַפּלאַקיישאַן פאָרעם צו זיין אַ טייל פון דער סטודענט לידערשיפּ פּראָגראַם און נאָמינירן דעם פּאָרטפעל אין וואָס זיי ווילן צו אַרבעטן.

סטודענטן וועלן אַרבעטן מיט שטעקן צו פּלאַנירן און אַנטוויקלען הויך קוואַליטעט קעריקיאַלאַם, לימעד און אַסעסמאַנט טאַסקס. די אַרבעט וועט פאָקוס אויף די מעגלעכקייט פון לערנען סטודענטן פון אַלע אַבילאַטיז אין זייער לערנען, אַרייַנשרייַב אין די לעקציעס דיזיינד און סטראַקטשערד אין לויט מיט די קאָלעגע ינסטרוקטיאָנאַל מאָדעל, צו באַטראַכטן און צושטעלן באַמערקונגען, עצה און פֿירלייגן וועגן אַסעסמאַנץ. און צושטעלן ינסייט און פּראַקטיש אַפּלאַקיישאַן פון סטראַטעגיעס און טאַסקס וואָס אַרבעט אָדער וואָס זיי טראַכטן וועט אַרבעטן אין די קלאַסצימער. סטודענטן וועלן ווערן געבעטן צו אָנטייל נעמען אין מיטינגז מיט שטעקן, אַרייַנגערעכנט מיטינגז פֿאַר סטודענטן לערנען, און זוכן די מיינונגען און אַרייַנשרייַב פון זייער קאָהאָרט צו פאָרעם די וועג מיר לערנען און לערנען אין Taylors Lakes צווייטיק קאָלעגע. סטודענטן וועלן באַקומען ינסייט אין וואָס איז געשעעניש הינטער-די-סינז פון לערנען און לערנען און וועט אַרבעטן מיט שטעקן צו דורכויס פּראַל די ריכטונג פון לערנען און לערנען אין די קאָלעגע.
וועלביינג
סטודענטן וועלן האָבן די געלעגנהייט צו אַנאַלייז דאַטן געזאמלט פֿון אַ פאַרשיידנקייַט פון מקורים, אַרייַנגערעכנט דאַטן פון סטודענטן, עלטערן און קהל מיינונג, און זיי וועלן אויך אַרבעטן צו זאַמלען דאַטן און אינפֿאָרמאַציע פֿון זייער קאָהאָרט צו פאָרשונג, אָפּשאַצן און מאַכן דיסיזשאַנז וועגן פאַרשידענע מגילה, ינישאַטיווז. און אַפּערטונאַטיז וואָס קען זיין איבערגעגעבן אין Taylors Lakes צווייטיק קאָלעגע. סטודענטן וועלן אַרבעטן מיט שטעקן צו פּלאַנירן מגילה, טעג, events און ינישאַטיווז דיזיינד צו פֿאַרבעסערן תּלמיד באַשטעלונג, פֿאַרבעסערן סטודענטן באַדינגונג און פֿאַרבעסערן תּלמיד ענדזשוימענט אין שולע. סטודענטן וועלן אויך האָבן אַרייַנשרייַב אין די ויסריכט, אָפּשפּיגלונג און אַדאַפּטיישאַן פון די שולע ברייט positive בעהאַוויאָר שטיצן מאָדעל, און וועט אַרבעטן מיט שטעקן טימז, אַרייַנגערעכנט די סאַב-שולע טימז, צו אַדרעס ישוז אַזאַ ווי באַדינגונג און מונדיר. סטודענטן וועלן אויך פירן זייער פּירז אין די שייַעך-קאַטער פון די קאַלידזש ס וועללבעינג מאָדעל, דיזיינד צו העכערן ריזיליאַנס און אַ וווּקס מיינדסעט.
קהילה
סטודענטן וועלן קאָנטאַקט מיט זייער קהאָרץ און קהל אָרגאַנאַזיישאַנז צו שטיצן פֿאַרבינדונגען צווישן Taylors Lakes צווייטיק קאָלעגע און די מער קהל. עס איז אויך דערוואַרט פון סטודענטן צו פּלאַנירן, אַנטוויקלען און דורכפירן טעג פון קאַמיוניטי לערנען פּראָוסידזשערז, מיט וואָס סטודענטן אָנטייל נעמען אין אַ ריי אַקטיוויטעטן צו בויען נעענטער פֿאַרבינדונגען מיט דער שולע אָדער אַ ברייטע קהל. סטודענטן וועלן אַרבעטן מיט שטעקן טימז צו פֿאַרבעסערן די שולע סוויווע.
Students will liaise with their cohorts and community organisations to foster links between Taylors Lakes Secondry College and the wider community.
Achievement
Students will work with staff to plan and develop high quality curriculum, instruction and assessment tasks. This work will centre upon coming up with ways to engage students of all abilities in their learning, to have input into the way lessons are designed and structured in line with the College’s Instructional Model, to consider and to provide feedback, advice and suggestions regarding assessments and to provide insight and practical application of the strategies and tasks that work or that they think will work in the classroom. Students will be asked to attend meetings with staff, including Student Learning meetings, and seek the views and input of their cohort to shape the way we teach and learn at Taylors Lakes Secondary College. Students will gain insight into what goes on behind-the-scenes of teaching and learning and will work with staff to positively impact the direction of teaching and learning at the College.
Wellbeing
Students will have the opportunity to analyse data gathered from a range of sources, including student, parent and community opinion data, and will also work to gather data and information from their cohort so as to research, evaluate and make decisions about different programs, initiatives and opportunities that could be delivered at Taylors Lakes Secondary College. Students will work with staff to plan programs, days, events and initiatives designed to improve student engagement, improve student attendance and improve student enjoyment at school. Students will also have input into the roll-out, reflection and adaptation of the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support Model, and will work with staff teams, including the Sub-School Teams, to address issues such as attendance and uniform. Students will also lead their peers in the re-launch of the College’s Wellbeing Model, designed to promote resilience and a growth mindset.
Community
Students will liaise with their cohorts and community organisations to foster links between Taylors Lakes Secondary College and the wider community. Students will also be expected to plan, develop and execute Community Learning Project days whereby students participate in a range of activities to build closer links with the school or wider community. Students will work with staff teams to improve the school environment.
