વિદ્યાર્થી નેતૃત્વ

ટેલોર્સ લેક્સ સેકન્ડરી કોલેજનું સ્ટુડન્ટ લીડરશીપ મોડેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ત્રણમાંથી એક પોર્ટફોલિયો માટે અરજી કરવાની તક આપે છે;

આ પોર્ટફોલિયો કોલેજની વ્યૂહાત્મક યોજના સાથે સુસંગત છે - અમારા લક્ષ્યો વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સિદ્ધિ, વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સુખાકારી અને સમુદાય સાથે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંલગ્નતા પર કેન્દ્રિત છે, અને અમારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ડ્રાઇવ કરતાં આ લક્ષ્યો તરફ કામ કરવાની કઈ વધુ સારી રીત છે. 

વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વિદ્યાર્થી નેતૃત્વ કાર્યક્રમનો એક ભાગ બનવા માટે અરજી ફોર્મ ભરવાનું કહેવામાં આવે છે અને તે પોર્ટફોલિયોને નોમિનેટ કરે છે જેમાં તેઓ કામ કરવા માગે છે.

 

સિદ્ધિ

 

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઉચ્ચ ગુણવત્તાના અભ્યાસક્રમ, સૂચના અને આકારણી કાર્યોની યોજના અને વિકાસ માટે સ્ટાફ સાથે કામ કરશે. આ કાર્ય તમામ ક્ષમતાઓના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને તેમના શિક્ષણમાં સામેલ કરવાની રીતો સાથે આવવા પર કેન્દ્રિત થશે, જે રીતે કોલેજોના સૂચનાત્મક મોડેલને અનુરૂપ પાઠની રચના અને રચના કરવામાં આવે છે તેના પર ઇનપુટ, વિચારણા કરવા અને મૂલ્યાંકન સંબંધિત પ્રતિસાદ, સલાહ અને સૂચનો આપવા. અને કાર્યરત વ્યૂહરચનાઓ અને કાર્યો કે જે તેમને લાગે છે કે વર્ગખંડમાં કામ કરશે તેની સમજ અને વ્યવહારુ ઉપયોગ પૂરો પાડવા માટે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્ટુડન્ટ લર્નિંગ મીટિંગ્સ સહિત સ્ટાફ સાથેની બેઠકોમાં હાજરી આપવા અને ટેલર્સ લેક્સ સેકન્ડરી કોલેજમાં અમે જે રીતે શીખવીએ છીએ અને શીખીએ છીએ તે આકાર આપવા માટે તેમના સમૂહના મંતવ્યો અને ઇનપુટ મેળવવા માટે કહેવામાં આવશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ શિક્ષણ અને ભણતરના પડદા પાછળ શું ચાલે છે તેની સમજ મેળવશે અને કોલેજમાં શિક્ષણ અને શીખવાની દિશા પર હકારાત્મક અસર કરવા સ્ટાફ સાથે કામ કરશે.  

 

સુખાકારી

 

વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, માતાપિતા અને સમુદાયના અભિપ્રાય ડેટા સહિતના વિવિધ સ્રોતોમાંથી મેળવેલા ડેટાનું વિશ્લેષણ કરવાની તક મળશે, અને વિવિધ કાર્યક્રમો, પહેલ વિશે સંશોધન, મૂલ્યાંકન અને નિર્ણયો લેવા માટે તેમના સમૂહમાંથી ડેટા અને માહિતી એકત્રિત કરવાનું પણ કામ કરશે. અને તકો જે ટેલોર્સ લેક્સ સેકન્ડરી કોલેજમાં પહોંચાડી શકાય છે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સ્ટાફ સાથે કાર્યક્રમો, દિવસો, ઇવેન્ટ્સ અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંલગ્નતા સુધારવા માટે રચાયેલ પહેલ, વિદ્યાર્થીઓની હાજરીમાં સુધારો કરવા અને શાળામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના આનંદમાં સુધારો કરવા માટે કામ કરશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્કૂલ-વાઇડ પોઝિટિવ બિહેવિયર સપોર્ટ મોડલના રોલ-આઉટ, રિફ્લેક્શન અને એડપ્ટેશનમાં પણ ઇનપુટ મળશે, અને હાજરી અને ગણવેશ જેવા મુદ્દાઓને ઉકેલવા માટે સબ-સ્કૂલ ટીમો સહિત સ્ટાફ ટીમો સાથે કામ કરશે. સ્થિતિસ્થાપકતા અને વૃદ્ધિની માનસિકતાને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે રચાયેલ કોલેજના સુખાકારી મોડેલના પુન launchપ્રારંભમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તેમના સાથીઓની આગેવાની કરશે.

 

સમુદાય

 

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ટેલોર્સ લેક્સ સેકન્ડરી કોલેજ અને વિશાળ સમુદાય વચ્ચેની કડીઓને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે તેમના સહયોગીઓ અને સમુદાય સંગઠનો સાથે સંપર્ક કરશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓને કોમ્યુનિટી લર્નિંગ પ્રોજેક્ટના દિવસોનું આયોજન, વિકાસ અને અમલ કરવાની અપેક્ષા રાખવામાં આવશે, જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ શાળા અથવા વિશાળ સમુદાય સાથે ગા links સંબંધ બાંધવા માટે પ્રવૃત્તિઓની શ્રેણીમાં ભાગ લેશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ શાળાનું વાતાવરણ સુધારવા માટે સ્ટાફની ટીમ સાથે કામ કરશે.

Students will liaise with their cohorts and community organisations to foster links between Taylors Lakes Secondry College and the wider community.

Achievement

 

Students will work with staff to plan and develop high quality curriculum, instruction and assessment tasks. This work will centre upon coming up with ways to engage students of all abilities in their learning, to have input into the way lessons are designed and structured in line with the College’s Instructional Model, to consider and to provide feedback, advice and suggestions regarding assessments and to provide insight and practical application of the strategies and tasks that work or that they think will work in the classroom. Students will be asked to attend meetings with staff, including Student Learning meetings, and seek the views and input of their cohort to shape the way we teach and learn at Taylors Lakes Secondary College. Students will gain insight into what goes on behind-the-scenes of teaching and learning and will work with staff to positively impact the direction of teaching and learning at the College. 

 

Wellbeing

 

Students will have the opportunity to analyse data gathered from a range of sources, including student, parent and community opinion data, and will also work to gather data and information from their cohort so as to research, evaluate and make decisions about different programs, initiatives and opportunities that could be delivered at Taylors Lakes Secondary College. Students will work with staff to plan programs, days, events and initiatives designed to improve student engagement, improve student attendance and improve student enjoyment at school. Students will also have input into the roll-out, reflection and adaptation of the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support Model, and will work with staff teams, including the Sub-School Teams, to address issues such as attendance and uniform. Students will also lead their peers in the re-launch of the College’s Wellbeing Model, designed to promote resilience and a growth mindset.

Community

 

Students will liaise with their cohorts and community organisations to foster links between Taylors Lakes Secondary College and the wider community. Students will also be expected to plan, develop and execute Community Learning Project days whereby students participate in a range of activities to build closer links with the school or wider community. Students will work with staff teams to improve the school environment.
