STUDENTŲ LYDERYSTĖ

„Taylors Lakes“ vidurinės kolegijos studentų lyderystės modelis studentams suteikia galimybę kreiptis dėl vieno iš trijų portfelių;

Šie portfeliai atitinka Kolegijos strateginį planą - visi mūsų tikslai sutelkti į studentų pasiekimus, studentų gerovę ir studentų bendravimą su bendruomene, o koks geresnis būdas siekti šių tikslų, nei mūsų studentų noras. 

Studentai turi užpildyti paraiškos formą, kad galėtų tapti Studentų lyderystės programos dalimi, ir paskirti portfelį, kuriame jie nori dirbti.

 

Pasiekimas

 

Studentai dirbs su personalu planuodami ir tobulindami aukštos kokybės mokymo programą, instrukcijas ir vertinimo užduotis. Šiame darbe bus siekiama surasti būdų, kaip į mokymąsi įtraukti visų gebėjimų mokinius, prisidėti prie pamokų rengimo ir struktūros pagal Kolegijos mokymo modelį, apsvarstyti ir pateikti atsiliepimų, patarimų ir pasiūlymų dėl vertinimų. ir suteikti įžvalgų bei praktinio strategijų ir užduočių, kurios, jų manymu, veiks klasėje, taikymo. Studentai bus paprašyti dalyvauti susitikimuose su darbuotojais, įskaitant studentų mokymosi susitikimus, ir siekti savo grupės nuomonės bei indėlio, kad jie formuotų mūsų mokymosi ir mokymosi būdą Taylors Lakes vidurinėje kolegijoje. Studentai gaus supratimą apie tai, kas vyksta mokymo ir mokymosi užkulisiuose, ir dirbs su personalu, kad teigiamai paveiktų mokymo ir mokymosi kolegijoje kryptį.  

 

Gerovė

 

Studentai turės galimybę analizuoti duomenis, surinktus iš įvairių šaltinių, įskaitant studentų, tėvų ir bendruomenės nuomonės duomenis, taip pat stengsis rinkti duomenis ir informaciją iš savo grupės, kad galėtų tirti, įvertinti ir priimti sprendimus dėl įvairių programų, iniciatyvų ir galimybes, kurios galėtų būti suteiktos Taylors Lakes vidurinėje kolegijoje. Studentai kartu su personalu planuos programas, dienas, renginius ir iniciatyvas, skirtas pagerinti mokinių įsitraukimą, pagerinti mokinių lankomumą ir pagerinti mokinių malonumą mokykloje. Studentai taip pat prisidės prie visos mokyklos pozityvaus elgesio palaikymo modelio diegimo, apmąstymo ir pritaikymo, taip pat dirbs su personalo komandomis, įskaitant popamokines komandas, spręsdami tokius klausimus kaip lankomumas ir uniformos. Studentai taip pat vadovaus savo bendraamžiams iš naujo pristatydami kolegijos gerovės modelį, skirtą skatinti atsparumą ir augimo mąstyseną.

 

Bendruomenė

 

Studentai palaikys ryšius su savo grupėmis ir bendruomenės organizacijomis, kad palaikytų ryšius tarp Taylors Lakes vidurinės kolegijos ir platesnės bendruomenės. Taip pat tikimasi, kad studentai planuos, plėtos ir vykdys bendruomenės mokymosi projektų dienas, kurių metu studentai dalyvaus įvairiose veiklose, kad sukurtų glaudesnius ryšius su mokykla ar platesne bendruomene. Studentai dirbs su darbuotojų komandomis, kad pagerintų mokyklos aplinką.

Students will liaise with their cohorts and community organisations to foster links between Taylors Lakes Secondry College and the wider community.

Achievement

 

Students will work with staff to plan and develop high quality curriculum, instruction and assessment tasks. This work will centre upon coming up with ways to engage students of all abilities in their learning, to have input into the way lessons are designed and structured in line with the College’s Instructional Model, to consider and to provide feedback, advice and suggestions regarding assessments and to provide insight and practical application of the strategies and tasks that work or that they think will work in the classroom. Students will be asked to attend meetings with staff, including Student Learning meetings, and seek the views and input of their cohort to shape the way we teach and learn at Taylors Lakes Secondary College. Students will gain insight into what goes on behind-the-scenes of teaching and learning and will work with staff to positively impact the direction of teaching and learning at the College. 

 

Wellbeing

 

Students will have the opportunity to analyse data gathered from a range of sources, including student, parent and community opinion data, and will also work to gather data and information from their cohort so as to research, evaluate and make decisions about different programs, initiatives and opportunities that could be delivered at Taylors Lakes Secondary College. Students will work with staff to plan programs, days, events and initiatives designed to improve student engagement, improve student attendance and improve student enjoyment at school. Students will also have input into the roll-out, reflection and adaptation of the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support Model, and will work with staff teams, including the Sub-School Teams, to address issues such as attendance and uniform. Students will also lead their peers in the re-launch of the College’s Wellbeing Model, designed to promote resilience and a growth mindset.

Community

 

Students will liaise with their cohorts and community organisations to foster links between Taylors Lakes Secondary College and the wider community. Students will also be expected to plan, develop and execute Community Learning Project days whereby students participate in a range of activities to build closer links with the school or wider community. Students will work with staff teams to improve the school environment.
