Students are encouraged to bring their own food, drink,  sunscreen and hat but they will also have the option of purchasing  lunch, snacks and drinks as there will be a barbeque and snack stall  running throughout the day. Payment is required as soon as possible to  help us secure bus bookings. Parents/guardians and friends are welcome  to attend the event. Teachers will carry mobile phones for any emergency  calls
